{Day 383}

We made our way up the winding road as the sun began to sink and when we arrived at Crown Point the view left us giddy.

Stunning dresses, check.  Incredible friend, check.  Perfect place, check.  Golden lighting perfection, check, check, check.  It was a beautiful evening.

Oh, and then on the way home we passed hazy blue lavender fields.  Mmm hmmm.

    Those are really pretty dresses. You two look like you are bridesmaids!

      It is such fun to own them and even more fun that we had the opportunity to wear them out! We totally got asked if we were bridesmaids. 😀

    You look beautiful Elaini, so does your friend Rachel! I love the Vista House, my family and I like to visit it whenever we’re in the Portland area to see our relatives. A year ago we had our family reunion photo taken on the steps in these pictures. 🙂 Speaking of beautiful places in the area, were you ever at the View Point Inn before it burned? It was charming… I dreamt of having my wedding there someday.

      Thank you Laurel Anne! Oh wow, you’ve been to the Vista House?! So neat. It’s one of my favorite views.
      Sadly I was never at the View Point Inn, but now that you mention it I wish I had been!
