{Day 10}

Day 10. DAY TEN?!?!? Wow, I am 1/10th of the way through this already. Raised $986.00!!!!!! Yay! Who wants to tip it over the $1000 mark?

O.K. So you all should know something about me. I am not a techy person. I repeat, NOT techy. As in I have written my blog “consultant, tech guy, fantastic friend” so many emails that he has had to send me enough responses to write a “For Dummies” book. Not even joking. There is a reason I never had Facebook, Twitter, or a blog…and now I have all three. Oh dear…add to that a personal Facebook account and emailing and my head just fell off. (My mom just looked over my shoulder and says that “fell off” sounded violent. She suggested “exploded”…Ummm, sounds too gory to me…) 😀 I guess we can compromise with spinning…which makes me think of a bobble head.

You’re an inspiration to me! I have health issues as well, and this project reminds me that I can do things for people out of my house, I don’t have to necesssarily travel the world to make a difference.

And HOW do you come up with all these amazing idea on how to accesorize? You’re a stylist!

  Marije, I am so sorry you struggle with health issues. I know you can make a difference without having to “leave” your house. Press on!
  Oh and the photographer and I came up with these outfits together using items I borrowed from her closet. Yes she is fantastic like that. 😀

Very pretty! I love all your outfits…. I really need a dress now! I have a lot of skirts but hardly any dresses. By the way, Christa Taylor takes wonderful photos! I am getting inspiration to take pictures for my sister again. 😉 That is always a good thing, especially for her.

OK, this is just way too cute! And the boots well, they just kick it over the top. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
So sorry your head is spinning from all of this. But I’m glad that it has fallen off or exploded. These outfits just wouldn’t be the same without that sweet face to accompany them. 😀

Elaini, I am loving all your creative ideas for this dress! And your project is incredible. I am praying you raise all the money! Have you thought about possibly selling replicas of your dress as part of your fundraiser? I know I would be interested!

This one is striking and really really cute! My favorite so far. Maybe I need to add a red hat and lacy “slip” to my wardrobe! Wish I had a tiny waistline like you to accent!
