{Day 114}

Going on a retreat/vacation my lovely readers! I plan on sleeping in, reading lots of books, taking long walks with my mom, and sitting in the river.  My mom is planning on juicing all sorts of veggies and fruit and having me get healthy.  Have you ever done that and if so what are your favorite combinations of produce?  Maybe while I’m at the cabin I’ll even convince myself to journal about the project and how it felt…  Oh yeah all that AND planning what to do with my life!!! Ha now that’s no biggie right?!?! 😉 We’ll see how that goes… I may just end up sleeping all week!

Anyways I am still going to try and keep up my posting streak.  🙂  I am going to show you 1 dress 7 different ways this week.  Sound familiar? Lol! Yet the dress I am wearing is not the black one but this sliver/grey one that was my bridesmaid dress from the wedding I was in a few weeks ago.  Thank you Elizabeth for picking a bridesmaid dress that we actually CAN wear again in day to day life.  Wow miracles do happen. 😉

Cute dress today…….LOVE yesterday’s dress!! That is the kind of dress I am looking for! Modest, both up top and by the knees, yet pretty and cute! (and cheap) 🙂

Thanks! And yesterday’s dress was given to me from a clothing exchange. So yes it was very inexpensive for me. 😉

Have you ever made health smoothies? Strawberries, orange juice, yogurt, peaches and honey. Nutritional and yummy!

Yes but not that combo and it sounds so tasty! Now I want one!

Way to go girl! You are in my heart and in my prayers, hope your trip is relaxing and recharging to your batteries.

My juice suggestion is do NOT mix beets with fruit! That just about turned my stomach. But fresh melon with apples and carrots is delicious.

Thank you Grace, I really appreciate it. 🙂 So far my trip has been VERY relaxing. I’ll take note of the no beet with fruit deal. I don’t think I have ever put melons in a smoothie or juice… Maybe I’ll have to try that one too!

I recently found this blog and have read EVERY page! You are such a beautiful person, inside and out. I am a photographer and really appreciated the pictures and the creativity. I really can sympathize with you on your health problems, I have lots of problems as well!
My favorite smoothie is one frozen banana, half of a fresh zucchini and a cup of blue berries. You will never taste the zucchini, I promise!
    G-d bless you!

Um can I give you a big hug? You must be a saint to have plugged through all that! You are so sweet and your comment made me day. Thank you! God has been so faithful to me. 🙂 I am so sorry you have health issues and I pray that God would give you the strength and comfort that only he can give.
Thanks for the smoothie idea! 😀

    Dear Elaini,
Hello. My favorite drink is my sisters juice concentrate
brain freezers (that’s what we call our smoothies) it’s healthy
and delicious mine aren’t nearly as good as her’s but here’s how to
make one large cup of ice I container of your favorite juice
concentrate (the kind you use for making juice) then pour in you’re milk
add whatever fresh fruit you’d like and you end up with a delicious brain freezer.
Wishing you many blessings and a fantastic year filled with the Lords love.
    Yours Truly
